If you are interested in applying for any of our listings, you can conveniently download the application and fill it out within the comforts of your own home. Please turn in the completed form to our office or agent along with a photocopies of your driver's license, social security card and year-to-date pay stubs or other income verification. If you have not been with the same employer for at least three years, you will need to provide pay verification for prior year or two as well. If no pay stubs are available, call office to verify other acceptable forms of verification. Applicants that do not have three year credit, landlord or home ownership and employment history will need to procure a co-signer (when applicable), who will also need to fill out and submit a rental application with appropriate verifications. Applicants will be required to provide proof of gross income equal to at least three times the rent. Each unmarried applicant/roommate and co-signer will be required to fill out and submit their own separate application.
The application processing fee is $40.00 and is non-refundable once processing has begun. No personal checks will be accepted for application processing.
